SAFE Piling LLP

SAFE Piling LLP is based out of the 7th floor of Kalpak Hites, which is a building on 29A Perry Cross Road. Being in Bandra, Mumbai, means everything is always fast and a bit crowded. Our office is officially care of Surendra Singh Rao, and it’s where we coordinate all the heavy machinery and piling work we do across the city. You wouldn’t know by looking at our desks that we deal with massive drills and deep foundations. Inside, it’s just a normal Mumbai office with some air conditioning and a lot of phone calls. The view from the 7th floor is okay, but we spend more time looking at site reports than out the window. Perry Cross Road is a busy spot, and finding parking nearby is almost impossible most days. We don't have a bunch of fancy brochures or a PR person. We’re just a group of people who understand how to get the ground ready for big buildings. Mumbai soil can be tricky, especially when the monsoons hit, so there is always a lot to worry about. We keep things pretty straightforward here. If someone calls, we answer the phone and tell them what’s possible. There isn't any corporate fluff or long-winded speeches. We just work hard, deal with the city traffic, and try to keep the projects moving forward. It’s a bit of a grind, but that’s just how things are in this industry.
