Sachine Transport Service

We run Sachine Transport Service out of number 13 in the Bhadreshwar Society. That is located in Ghatkopar East, right on Ankur Cross Road. It’s a busy little area, especially with all the vehicles coming through. We have been doing transport for a long time now. My office is basically a room with a phone, a logbook, and a couple of chairs. Most of my time is spent talking to drivers or making sure the loads are where they should be. It’s not a fancy job and there is a lot of paperwork that never seems to end. The society members all know us because they see our trucks and vans coming and going. Sometimes the parking on Ankur Cross Road is a nightmare, but we manage somehow. We are just a local operation. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just call me on my mobile or stop by the society if they need something moved. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when there are delays on the highway. But that is just part of the transport business. We do our best to stay on schedule. Ghatkopar is a good place to be based because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. It’s a tough business, but we keep at it every day because it is what we know.
