Our office is situated at A-302 on the third floor of Phoenix House. This is on Senapati Bapat Marg in the Worli East area. It is a well-known building, No. 462, so it is easy to point out to people who are looking for us. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and people. The office is mostly filled with desks, file cabinets, and the usual workspace items we need. We have been here for quite some time. The daily routine usually starts with checking the logs and catching up on what happened the day before. It is not a very large space, but we make the most of it. There is a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some snacks for the afternoon. Worli is a central spot, so getting here is not too difficult for most of the staff. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through various documents. It is a practical environment. We do not have any fancy art on the walls or plush carpets. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. The noise from Senapati Bapat Marg is constant, but it becomes background noise after you have worked here for a month. We keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand.
