We've been here at Rashmi Heights in Malad East for a bit now. Our spot is up on the 1406 floor, just off Dayabai Patel Road. It's a busy part of the city, but we like it. Most days it’s just us handling technical jobs for folks who need things fixed or set up right. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where the actual work happens. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with technical stuff can be a headache, so we try to keep it straightforward. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our window, but we’re still here doing the same things every day. It's not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we do. If you're walking down Dayabai Patel Road, you probably won't see us right away unless you're looking for the building specifically. We spend a lot of time on the tools and checking parts. Sometimes the phones ring more than we expect, but that's just how a small business goes. We don't do much advertising; we just stay busy with the tasks on the desk. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a decent fan. We just wanted to let people know where we are and that we’re still operating out of this Malad East location. It's a solid place to be. We keep our tools sharp and our heads down.
