S. S. Labels

Our workshop is up in Bhandup West, inside the Pannalal Industrial Estate on L B S Marg. We are in Gala No. 2075, which is deep inside the complex. If you’ve ever been to Pannalal, you know it’s a massive place with all kinds of small factories and units. We mostly deal with label printing, so there is always the sound of the machines clicking and the smell of ink in the air. It’s a repetitive job, I suppose, watching the rolls go through the press, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time adjusting the settings to make sure the labels don't come out crooked or blurry. L B S Marg is a nightmare for traffic, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the morning before the whole road stalls. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have a flashy office or a fancy website. Most people find us because they need a specific type of sticker or tag for their own products. We just sit at the machines, drink some chai, and make sure the orders are ready on time. It’s noisy and sometimes the heat in the industrial estate is a bit much, but we’ve been at it for years. It’s a solid way to make a living in Bhandup, and we keep things simple.
