We spend most of our days at 7 Andheri East Marol Road. It is a busy spot and can get quite loud with all the traffic. S G Machine Tools Pvt Ltd has been in the Twin Complex for a long time now. Being right opposite Marol Fire Brigade makes it very easy to tell people where to go when they are looking for us. The traffic around here can be a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is leaving their offices. We mostly deal with machine tools and different spare parts. The workshop floor gets greasy quite fast and we have to clean it more often than we would like. It isn't a fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It is just a place where the actual work gets done every day. Most of the staff has been with us for years and we know each other well. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too hot. Usually, we have tea first thing in the morning from the small stall nearby. We have our desks cluttered with invoices and some old catalogues. People come in looking for specific parts for their machines. Sometimes we have what they need right there, other times we have to look through the back. The Twin Complex is a big place but we are easy to find. We don't really do much advertising. People just know us from word of mouth. The Marol area has changed a lot, but our routine stays the same.
