Ryal Logistics Pvt.Ltd. is based in Room Number 9 at Kasam Chawl, which is on Sahar Road in the Chakala area of Vile Parle East. This part of Mumbai is always moving fast, especially with the airport so close by. Our office is a small room in the chawl, which is a very traditional kind of setup for this neighborhood. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have our fans going while we sort through the daily paperwork. Sahar Road is usually packed with cars and buses, so there is always a background hum of traffic while we work. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building; we are just a local team working out of a practical space. Most of our neighbors are also busy with their own small businesses or daily lives. We spend a lot of time tracking shipments and talking to drivers who are navigating the Mumbai traffic. It’s a tough city to move things around in, but we have been doing it from this spot for quite a while now. The room might be small, but it’s where all the decisions happen and where we keep our records. People sometimes find the chawl a bit tucked away, but Room No-9 is easy to find once you are inside. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of logistics without any extra fuss or fancy talk.
