Ruttonsha-International Rectifiers Ltd

Down at 139/14 Solaris No. 1 B-Wing, things stay pretty busy throughout the week. We’re located on Saki Vihar Road in Powai, which everyone knows is always packed with cars, buses, and people. Ruttonsha-International Rectifiers Ltd is a long name to say, but to us, it’s just the place where we spend our ten hours a day. The B-Wing of the Solaris building is a good enough spot, though waiting for the elevators in the morning can take a while when everyone is arriving. Once you get inside our space, it’s mostly just rows of desks and technical equipment. We aren't big on decorations or anything fancy. It’s a practical workspace for people who have a lot of things to handle. You can see the hills of Powai if you stand in just the right spot by the back window, but mostly we’re focused on what’s right in front of us. The noise from Saki Vihar Road is always there in the background, like a constant hum that you eventually stop noticing after a few weeks. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with the company for decades and some younger faces just starting out. We don’t have any big corporate slogans hanging on the walls or mission statements to memorize. We just get through the pile of work and try to make sure we don't miss anything important before we head home. It’s a solid place to work, even if the traffic outside makes leaving in the evening a challenge.
