Rustomjee Group - Keystone Realtors (Real Estate Company)

We’ve been working out of the Pathik Building in Thakur Complex for quite some time now. Our office is up in A Wing, room 405. Being in Kandivali East means we are right in the middle of all the Mumbai chaos, which is just how we like it. We handle a lot of the project details for Rustomjee Group and Keystone Realtors from this spot. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It is a practical office where we sit down and look at floor plans or talk to contractors on the phone. Most of our days are spent dealing with the technical side of real estate. We’ve seen the neighborhood change so much over the years, with new buildings going up every other month. It is a lot of hard work to get things built in this city. We spend half the day coordinating between different teams and the other half trying to manage all the paperwork that comes with construction. It gets pretty busy here, especially with the traffic outside in Kandivali, but we just keep at it. People from the area know the building well enough. We aren't trying to do anything flashy or give big speeches. We just want to make sure the houses get built and the keys get handed over. It’s about the concrete and the bricks for us. We stay focused on the work right here in Maharashtra and try to keep things moving as best as we can.
