Rustomjee Builder operates from an office in Shanti Apartments, which is building number 3 on Marol Military Road in Andheri East. We are in room 104. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and Marol is no exception with all the traffic and people everywhere. Our office is a straightforward place where we manage various building projects. It is an older building, which gives it a bit of character compared to the newer blocks around us. Inside, it is mostly just us working through files, blueprints, and lots of paperwork. We have a few people who have been working here for a long time and they know every corner of this district. We handle things like construction updates and talking to contractors or residents. It is a noisy area outside, but we have gotten used to the sounds of the road. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. It is more like a local hub where things get settled. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time making sure the details of our projects are correct. It is a busy life in Andheri, and our office reflects that. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled properly without making a big deal out of it. It is just a regular office doing regular builder work in a very busy city.
