We are located at 4/A in the Bhangwadi Shopping Arcade, right on the famous Kalbadevi Road. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how packed and energetic it is. Our shop is a modest space, but we make sure to pack it full of the different pharmaceutical and chemical products we handle. Every single shelf is usually loaded with bottles and boxes, and we’ve gotten pretty good at knowing exactly where everything is located. We don’t have a big corporate office or a staff of hundreds. It is just a few of us here, and we prefer it that way because we get to talk to our customers directly. The arcade is always buzzing with people, and the street outside is a constant stream of carts and delivery trucks. It can be a bit overwhelming for some, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. We don’t believe in using big, fancy words to describe what we do. We’re just local traders who have been in this spot for a long time. Our desks are usually covered in order forms and scribbled notes, which is how we keep track of things. We focus on being practical and honest with whoever walks in. It is a busy, slightly chaotic way to run a business, but it suits the neighborhood and it suits us too. We just keep showing up and doing the work without any fuss.
