Our spot is 2-B in Citi Mall, right on the New Link Road in Andheri West. Being in a mall is a bit different for an ink company, but it works well for us and the staff. It’s always busy around here with people going to the shops and the cinema next door. We handle inks and other consumables that local businesses need for their printers and presses. The office isn't very large, so we have to be very careful about where we stack the boxes when they arrive. Sometimes it feels a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in on a Tuesday. We’ve got a few people who have been here a long time and they know exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We aren't a flashy company with a lot of money to spend on decor. We just do our work, talk to our clients on the phone, and make sure the ink gets delivered. Andheri West is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with that pace every day. You can hear the noise from the mall shoppers outside sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a convenient location for people to drop by, though parking in this part of Mumbai can be a real headache. We don't have any big mission statements. We just want to make sure the orders are right and the ink is good.
