Rulka Electricals Pvt.Ltd. has its home in Bhandup West, specifically at B-109 in the Shiva Industrial Estate on Lake Road. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other working businesses, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. It is a great spot for an electrical business because we have plenty of space for our supplies and a decent area to load and unload our gear. The office at B-109 is where we handle all the boring stuff like billing and scheduling, but most of the real action happens out in the field. We have been in Bhandup for a while and we like being part of this industrial community. Lake Road can get pretty backed up with traffic at certain times of the day, but that is just part of living and working in this city. Inside the office, it is pretty basic—just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of electrical diagrams pinned to the walls. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the time. We are a straightforward group of people who just want to do a good job and keep things moving. It is a practical, no-nonsense setup that works well for us and the people we serve in the local area.
