Rudraksh Real

We are over here at Flat No 1 in Mahaveer 2, right on Bon Bon Lane. It is in Andheri West, which most people know is always busy and full of noise. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Urban Tadka restaurant, so most people just use that as a landmark when they are driving around trying to find the right turn. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular ground floor setup where we handle all the real estate paperwork and talk to folks coming in. It gets pretty crowded on this lane during the evenings when everyone is out for food. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to park, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We spend most of our time answering calls and looking at property papers. It's a small space, mostly filled with files and a couple of desks. My staff and I have been in this spot for a while now. We know the neighborhood well because we see it changing every day from our window. People stop by to ask about rentals or if anything is for sale nearby. We just give them the facts and show them what is available on the list. It’s a lot of walking around and showing flats in different buildings, then coming back here to sit under the fan and sort out the details. That is pretty much our daily life at Rudraksh Real.
