We are based over in Kandivali East, which is always a bit of a scramble with the traffic and people moving around. Ruchisian Electronics Pvt Ltd has been operating out of here for a bit now. It’s mostly just a lot of boxes and components sitting around on shelves. We don't really have a big storefront for people to walk into and browse like a mall. It’s more of a working office and storage space. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking through inventory to make sure everything is where it should be. The guys here usually have their sleeves rolled up. It’s a practical environment. Kandivali East is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We started small and just kept at it. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big shipment comes in and we have to move things around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the cardboard, but that is just part of the job. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time. We know how things work and we don't make a big fuss about it. Just a normal group of people doing a normal job.
