You can find Rubberwala Developers over at Lily Apt on S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West. We are up on the 7th floor in flat 704 of the A-wing. Being on S.V. Road means it’s always loud outside with the rickshaws and buses, but once the windows are shut, it’s not too bad. We are quite close to the Diwan Centre, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. The elevator in Lily Apt can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we usually take our time. Working on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the skyline, even if it is mostly just other rooftops and the train tracks in the distance. The office is a standard Mumbai apartment layout converted for work. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of blue prints lying around. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. We deal with a lot of visitors coming in to talk about buildings and projects. The staff here has been together for a few years, so we have a good rhythm. We usually order food from the small joints nearby when we’re working late. It is a busy environment because the property market in this part of the city never really stops. We just try to stay organized amidst all the paperwork and phone calls that come in throughout the day.
