Getting to Walkeshwar Road every morning is a bit of a trek, but that is where Rr Business Center sits at A-1 Apartments. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We have some desks and basic office setups for people who need a place to work. It’s not one of those high-tech glass buildings you see in the movies. It is more of a practical space. Most of the people here just want a quiet corner and a working internet connection. We spend a lot of time making sure the power stays on and the water filter is full. Being on the 101 level means we see a lot of people coming and going through the main gate. The building is a bit older, so sometimes the lift is finicky or a pipe needs fixing. We keep some extra chairs in the corner for when it gets crowded. It isn't fancy, but it works for what it is. Dealing with the traffic around 270 Walkeshwar is probably the hardest part of the day. Once you're inside, it’s just about getting the paperwork done and answering the phones. We have been here for a bit now, and the neighbors in the other apartments know us well enough. It’s just a normal workplace in a busy city where people come to get their daily tasks finished.
