We've been operating out of Neelam Nagar in Mulund East for a while now. If you know the area, it’s mostly residential but our office at 8/B/701 keeps us busy with all the infra projects we handle. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where the space is tight but everyone knows what they are doing. Usually, the day starts early here because traffic in Mulund can get quite heavy by nine. We spend a lot of time on calls or checking through project papers. Our team isn't huge, just a bunch of people who have been around this industry for years. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the office when everyone is trying to talk over each other, especially when a deadline is coming up. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing with big lobbies. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of work files piled up. Most of us live nearby, so that helps with the commute. People often drop by to drop off documents or just to discuss the site progress. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork gets the better of us. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the Neelam Nagar complex. It’s a solid place to work from. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure the projects are moving along as they should. Nothing too flashy, just regular work every day.
