Royal Palms India Pvt Ltd is located in the Saki Naka area of Andheri East, Mumbai. Our office is in the Chintamani housing society, which is part of the Chandivali Mhada Colony. If you know Saki Vihar Road, you know it’s a busy stretch of the city. We’ve been here for a good while now, working out of 8-C-3. Mumbai is a fast-paced place, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with property and various projects across the city. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone calling or a meeting happening. We have a small team that handles the daily paperwork and coordinates with people on the ground. Most of our day is spent navigating the complexities of the Mumbai real estate world. It can be quite a headache sometimes with all the rules and the sheer number of people involved. We try to keep things as simple as possible for our clients, though. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we get our work done. We like the neighborhood because it’s central and we can get to different parts of the city relatively easily. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around here over the years. We just focus on our specific projects and try to make sure everything is handled correctly without too much fuss.
