You can find us at Royal Motors & Properties, located at Kemps Corner on 19th Main. We’ve been running this place for a while, handling both cars and real estate. It might seem like a lot to take on, but in this neighborhood, it just made sense to do both. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with car keys, property papers, and a few old chairs for visitors. It’s a nice spot, though finding a place to park outside is nearly impossible during the day. I spend a lot of my time driving between different flats or checking out a car someone wants to sell. It’s a lot of talking and meeting new people. We don't have a big corporate setup or any flashy advertisements. If someone is looking for a home or a decent used car, they usually just walk in or give us a call because they saw our board. Some days are slow, and I just sit here watching the traffic go by on 19th Main. Other days, I’m running around from morning until night. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai. We just like being the local guys who know the streets and the buildings around here. The tea guy brings us a round in the afternoon, and we chat with the neighbors. It's a simple way to do business, without any of the fancy talk you see in big offices.
