Royal Civil Constructions

Royal Civil Constructions operates out of B-13 in Vivekananda Nagar, located on Dattamandir Road in Santacruz East. To be honest, it’s more of a staging area than a formal office. We keep our tools, safety gear, and some building materials stored in the back rooms. The front area is where the desk sits, and that’s where we handle all the scheduling and the crew’s pay. It is often a bit messy with dusty boots and helmets lying around the floor. Since we are usually out at different construction sites, the office stays empty for a good part of the day. When we are actually here, we’re usually hunched over blueprints or trying to figure out the cost of materials. The walls have calendars and site maps pinned all over them so we can keep track of where everyone is supposed to be. Santacruz is a crowded neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street outside. We haven't spent much time on making the place look nice because we are rarely in it long enough to care. It’s just the basics: a few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a computer for the accounts. We have been doing this work for a long time and know most of the people on this block. It is just honest work that we do day in and day out. We just try to get the projects finished on time.
