Rossari Exports

We've been at 401 Omega for a while now. Hiranandani Gardens is a busy spot, and being right on Main Street in Powai means there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle exports, mostly sitting at our desks and dealing with the logistical side of things. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to different parts of the world. Sometimes the traffic downstairs is a total nightmare, but we've learned to manage. We aren't a big, fancy operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure everything gets from point A to point B without too many hiccups. The office is decent enough, though it's nothing too special to look at. We spend our days keeping track of various shipments and trying to stay on top of all the schedules. It gets a bit stressful when a ship is delayed or some documents aren't quite right. Most of the time, it's just about staying organized and keeping our heads down. We usually have our coffee together in the small kitchen area before the phones start ringing for the day. It is a job we know well by now. We don't have a giant warehouse on site, just the administrative side. People often ask why we stayed in Powai, and it is mostly because it's where we started. We try to be straightforward with the people we work with. No big promises, just doing what needs to be done.
