Roots Professional

Lower Parel is a busy spot. We are upstairs in Puna Plaza, which is part of Vasan Udyog Bhavan. It’s right across from where the big Phoenix Mill is. Most days we are just here handling things for Roots Professional. The second floor gets a bit of a breeze if the windows are open. It’s an old building, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here a while now. Some people get lost finding the right entrance because the plaza has a few different ways in. We just go about our business every morning starting around ten. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, especially when the mall crowds start coming in. You can hear the noise from the street even up here on the second floor. We have our desks set up and the inventory stays in the back. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we can get the work done without much fuss. We usually have tea delivered from the stall downstairs twice a day. The staff knows us well. We don't really have a big sign outside, so you have to know where you're going. It's just a regular day here most of the time. We handle the orders as they come in and make sure things are sorted out before we head home in the evening. It’s a bit cramped when we get new stock, but we manage to keep it organized enough to find things.
