Rolta Power Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is way up on the 21st floor of Maker Tower F. This is down in Cuffe Parade, which is right by the water. Rolta Power Pvt. Ltd. has been in this building for a while now. Being on the 21st floor means we have a pretty good view of the surrounding area and the sea. Maker Towers are some of the older, well-known buildings in this part of South Mumbai. It’s a very different vibe down here compared to the rest of the city. It’s a bit more upscale but the buildings themselves show their age in a nice way. The lobby is always busy with security and people going to different floors. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and talking on phones. The commute to Cuffe Parade can be a bit long depending on where you are coming from, but once you get here, it’s a nice area to walk around. There are some parks nearby and the air feels a bit fresher because of the ocean. The elevators take a bit of time when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. We have a simple office layout. It’s quiet and we can get a lot done. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the building. It’s a professional spot but we keep it pretty informal inside our own doors. We just come in, do our jobs, and watch the ships out on the water sometimes.
