Rokadia Builders

We have our office on the third floor of Jas Villa. It’s right across from the Liberty Cinema at Church Gate. It’s a great old building, though the elevator is a bit slow and sometimes it’s better just to take the stairs. Rokadia Builders is just a small team of us working in a few rooms filled with blueprints and files. We’ve been handling local building projects for years. You can hear the sounds of the street and the cinema crowds from our windows. It’s a busy area, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days dealing with permits, talking to contractors, and checking on sites. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks. We aren't some massive corporation with glass walls; it’s just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to keep our projects on track. Sometimes things go wrong at a site and we have to scramble, but that’s the nature of building things. We know the area well and have seen Church Gate change a lot over the decades. We just keep doing our work, one project at a time. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s home to us. We’ve got a good view of the street from up here too. We’ve been in Jas Villa so long that we know every creak in the floorboards.
