Rohil Industries Pvt Ltd is located over at 218, Laxmi Plaza. We’re right in the Laxmi Industrial Estate on Andheri Link Road. If you know Andheri West, you know how hectic it can get around here during the rush hour. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise outside. It’s a functional space where we handle the industrial side of things. We’ve got stacks of files and a few computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done for us. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a couple of newer faces learning the ropes. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. Most things get decided while we’re standing around the water cooler or during a quick break in the afternoon. The industrial estate is always full of life, with people moving goods and vans coming and going. It’s a good place to be if you want to be in the thick of the action. We keep things pretty simple. No fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some photos of our families. We focus on the work at hand and making sure the day-to-day operations at Laxmi Plaza run as smoothly as they can. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we’ve got a good rhythm going after all this time in Andheri West. It’s just how we operate our business every single day.
