Our place is at Rukmini Mata in Friends Colony, Bhandup East. We are in room B-201 at number 18. Rna Builders has been operating from this part of Mumbai for quite a bit. Bhandup East is a real working-class neighborhood, and we fit right in with the people here. Our office is a straightforward setup. We don't have any chrome furniture or glass partitions. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of project files stacked up on the shelves. We spend our days coordinating with the guys on the ground and making sure we have enough cement, bricks, and steel for the week ahead. The colony is usually pretty quiet during the day when everyone is away at work, which helps us focus on our tasks. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like building things properly and staying busy. Sometimes the monsoon makes work difficult and slows everything down, but we’ve learned to plan around the weather over the years. We’ve known some of the local vendors and contractors for a decade now. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't do much in the way of promotion or advertising. If people need a builder in Bhandup, they usually just ask around the neighborhood and end up at our door. We just try to be honest about what we can do and get the job done without too much drama or delay.
