You can find Rmc Readymix(I.) Pvt. Ltd. tucked away behind the Yugantak Housing Society. We’re located on Old Sukapur Road in Panvel, which is part of the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a dusty area because of all the development, but that’s where you need to be for a concrete business. The office is pretty basic, just a place to manage the trucks and the staff. Panvel is growing so fast lately, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our days tracking deliveries and talking to site managers. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially during the rainy season, so that keeps us on our toes. We don’t bother with fancy signs or a polished look. We’re more interested in making sure the readymix gets poured before it sets. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of place. Most of the guys here are from the local area, so we know the shortcuts and the people around Sukapur. We’ve got a lot of files and maps spread out on the desks. It’s not a quiet office by any means, with the sound of the road right outside. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep things moving without making things too complicated. It is hard work, but we are used to the noise.
