Our office is situated in Mumbai, right in Powai. If you know the area, we are at Prashant Apartments, B-402, which is right across from the main gate of IIT. It’s a busy spot with students and traffic all day long. We operate as Rmc Readymix India Pvt Ltd. and this apartment serves as our main hub for managing things in the city. Mumbai is a tough place for a logistics business because of the traffic and the rules about when trucks can move, but we’ve figured it out over the years. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a workspace where we handle the orders and the paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the plants and the drivers. It gets pretty frantic sometimes, especially during the peak building seasons. We don’t really do any formal advertising. Mostly, we just rely on the relationships we’ve built with contractors and builders in the area. They know where to find us. The office is practical—lots of files, some old computers, and plenty of tea. We just try to keep the wheels turning. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We’re just a small team trying to stay organized in a very busy city. It isn't always glamorous, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been at it for quite a while now.
