Our office is in Room No. 29, Building No. 6, in the Shivaji Nagar area near Vakola Bridge. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai. Being near the bridge means there is always noise from the traffic, but it makes it easier to explain where we are. We operate as Rmc Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd. The room is small and we have it packed with files and some old furniture. It isn't a place where you'd hold a fancy meeting, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the phone because coordinating concrete trucks in Mumbai traffic is a full-time job in itself. You have to know the shortcuts and the times when the big trucks aren't allowed on certain roads. We’ve been here in Shivaji Nagar for a long time. The people in the neighboring buildings know us well. We don't have any marketing slogans or fancy missions. We just supply ready-mix concrete to construction sites. Sometimes the monsoon makes everything a mess, but we just push through. We are just a small team of regular people trying to keep the projects moving. It's not glamorous work, but it's what we do. If you need to find us, just look for Building 6 near the bridge. We’ll be there. It gets quite hot in this small room during the summer, but we keep the fans going and finish our daily tasks.
