Rmc And Asphalt Division is based in Mumbai, specifically in the Powai area. Our office is Flat No. B-507 in the Lakeside Building at Raheja Vihar. It’s a bit of a mix, having a division like this in a residential-style building, but it works for the paperwork side of things. Mumbai is a crowded place, and Raheja Vihar is no exception. We deal with asphalt and concrete, so while the office is clean, our minds are usually on the construction sites. The 400072 area is where we do our planning. It’s not some big corporate headquarters with a dozen secretaries. It’s just a few of us sitting around desks, handling the logistics of moving materials across the city. The traffic in Powai can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to see where the trucks are. We don't have any polished speeches about our history. We just started doing this and we’ve kept doing it. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, and that’s our biggest complaint for the day. It’s a straightforward business. We track the loads, manage the schedules, and try to keep everything on track. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that add up to a full day of work. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving.
