Rizvi Builders

Rizvi Builders operates out of the Foreshore Apartment on Juhu Tara Road. We are in unit B-201, right in the Santacruz West area of Mumbai. Being so close to the shore means we get some of that sea breeze, but mostly we just get the sound of the Mumbai traffic. Our office is a busy place because building things in this city is never a slow process. We have blueprints scattered around and people coming in for meetings constantly. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes in B-201, but we make it work. We’ve been in the construction and building business for quite a while, and we know this part of Mumbai like the back of our hands. We don't use any fancy corporate language or try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just builders who spend our time on-site or here in the office figuring out the next steps for our projects. Juhu Tara Road is a famous stretch, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. There’s always someone on the phone and another person looking for a specific file. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just how a real building office looks. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done by the end of the week. That’s how we’ve always handled things.
