Rivona Industries Ltd.

We are located at 28 Maniyar Bhavan on 3rd Panjarpole Lane. This part of the city is really old and the lanes are quite narrow. It’s a struggle sometimes to get the bigger vehicles through, but we make it work somehow. Rivona Industries Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a long time. Maniyar Bhavan has a lot of history in its walls. The air here smells like spices and old stone. We don't have much in the way of modern office design. It’s mostly wooden desks and old filing cabinets that have been here since the start. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open and the fans on high. The neighborhood is always alive with people walking and small carts moving goods. We know the neighbors well, and we often stop to chat in the lane. Our work is pretty straightforward. We manage the industrial side of things from here, even if the space is a bit tight. We don't use any complicated systems. Everything is written down or tracked on a few simple computers. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with samples and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't try to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just want to get the orders processed and the day finished so we can head home through the busy streets. It's a long day, but it's what we do.
