Ritu Developers

Ritu Developers operates out of an apartment in Virar West, specifically in the Om Vastu Shilp building on Dongarpada Road. It is a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We actually like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. Most of the people we talk to are looking for a place to live or are involved in the local building scene in Virar. We spend our days looking at site plans, talking to contractors, and making sure our current projects are moving along as they should. Virar is growing so fast, and there is always a lot of noise and construction happening just down the street. Our office is on the fourth floor, so it is a little quieter up there, but you can still hear the city moving. We are not the kind of developers who show up in expensive suits every day. Usually, we are in casual clothes and carrying boots because we have been out at a dusty construction site earlier in the morning. We deal with the local authorities, the architects, and the families who are interested in our buildings. There are files everywhere and usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen. We try to be straight with people about how long things take and what the costs are. Building things is complicated and there are always surprises, but we just take them as they come.
