Rites Ltd, Govt. Organisation

You can find us at Viceroy Court in Thakur Village, over in Kandivli East. We operate out of Flat 6B in Wing C, which belongs to Mahesh M Hegde. It is a bit of a different setup since we are a Govt. Organisation working from a residential-style complex, but it works for what we need to do here in Mumbai. Rites Ltd has been using this space to manage things in this part of the city. Thakur Village is a busy place, always full of people and cars, so there is plenty of energy around us. Inside the office, things are much quieter. We have our computers set up and files organized as best as we can in the space we have. It’s not like a big government building with high ceilings and long corridors. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk because we don’t need to. Our work is mostly about coordination and making sure the right people get the right documents. Being in Mumbai means everything has to happen fast, so we stay busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. We just do our daily tasks, have our tea, and try to keep things moving. It’s a very down-to-earth way of running an office, and we like it that way. There is no pretense here, just real work.
