We operate out of Unit 302 on the third floor of the Kaniya Building. It’s right on Linking Road in Bandra West, which is a pretty lively spot to be. Our office isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, tracking shipments and talking to suppliers. Import and export involves a lot of paperwork, so there are always folders stacked on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit chaotic. Bandra is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with that energy. We started Rising Klas Impex because we saw a way to move goods more efficiently. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes there are delays at the port or issues with the weather, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don’t have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a place where we come to work and get things moved from one place to another. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we know how each other likes to handle things. We take our breaks when we can and get back to the logs. It’s just a regular office job in a busy part of Mumbai, focusing on the tasks that come up every morning. We get by.
