We’ve been at the Kalsekar Compound in Worli for a while now. G.K. Marg is always busy, but that’s just how Mumbai is. Most days we are just busy keeping things running. The space here is okay, though traffic near Worli can be a headache for anyone trying to visit. We deal with cooling stuff and various industrial setups. It’s not fancy work, but it needs doing. Sometimes the monsoon makes it tricky to get things moved around the compound, but we manage. Most of us have been working together a long time. You get used to the noise and the pace of the city after a few years. We just show up, handle the orders, and head home. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a lot of fancy office decorations or anything like that. Just some desks, files, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. People know us in the area as the ones who handle technical installs. If you're coming down this way, just look for the gate near 385/08. It's easier to find if you know the landmark nearby. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when five things happen at once, it gets a bit chaotic. That's life in a busy hub like Mumbai. We just take it day by day and try to get the work finished right. It’s not a perfect system, but we make it work somehow.
