Andheri West is always a bit of a gamble with the traffic, especially on Veera Desai Road. We are based in Morya House, on the second floor, suites 205 and 206. It’s a large building, and there are always people waiting for the elevators. Richfield Group Of Companies is just one of many offices here, but we’ve made the space our own. It’s usually a bit loud because of the construction happening nearby or the general buzz of Andheri. Inside, things are a bit cluttered. We have files everywhere and the desks are covered in notes and old newspapers. We don't really go for that minimalist look. It’s a working office, after all. Lunchtimes are usually spent walking down Veera Desai Road to find something to eat, or just sitting in the breakroom talking about the weekend. The rain in Mumbai can be a real problem for our commute, so we often end up staying late just to wait for the water to go down. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. If you come to the second floor of Morya House, you’ll just see a bunch of people working and maybe a few boxes that need to be moved. It’s a practical environment. We deal with whatever comes our way and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or drama.
