Our office is situated in the Bhawani Mata CHS, specifically unit 11 on the 4th floor of the A 3 wing. We’re right on N M Joshi Marg, not too far from the Deepak Cinema in the Lower Parel area. It’s a very local neighborhood, and you can really feel the pulse of Mumbai when you’re walking around here. Richesmap (OPC) Private Limited is the name of our company. The building is a typical housing society setup that has some office spaces mixed in. It's not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a doorman, but it's where we do our work. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of exercise if the lift is acting up, which happens from time to time. Inside, things are kept simple. We have our computers and our files, and that’s about it. We don't waste space on things we don't need. The noise from the road near Deepak Cinema is pretty constant, but it becomes a kind of background music after a few weeks. We’ve grown to like the Delisle Road area for its convenience. It’s easy to get to and it has everything we need close by. Richesmap is just us, an OPC private limited, trying to stay organized and keep moving forward. It’s a honest, no-frills workspace for people who just want to get their jobs done in this part of Maharashtra. We like it this way.
