Our place is at 23-D in the Mahal Industrial Estate. If you are coming down Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East, we are tucked away in there. REXELLO CASTORS PVT. LTD. has been in this spot for quite some time. The estate is always buzzing with activity, so there is a lot of loading and unloading happening right outside our doors. Inside, it is mostly rows of shelves filled with different types of wheels and castors. It can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We spend a lot of our time answering the phone and checking the stock levels. It’s a busy environment and the floor is usually covered with packing materials. We have a few desks near the front for the admin stuff, but most of the action happens in the warehouse area. The heat in Andheri can get pretty bad in May, so we usually have all the fans going at once. We are just a group of people working together to get the orders out on time. Sometimes we get the labels mixed up and have to redo everything, but we try to stay on top of things. There is no corporate vibe here; we just talk like regular people and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Most of us have been here for years, so we have a routine that works. It's not fancy, but it's what we do.
