We’ve been based at 23-D Mahal Industrial Estate on Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East for quite a while now. Most days here start early when the gates open and the first few trucks pull into the estate. It gets pretty loud once the work gets going because dealing with castors and wheels involves a lot of metal and movement. The air inside always has that faint smell of grease and packed cardboard. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Instead, there are just rows of shelves and benches where everything gets sorted out. Some of the guys in the back have been with us since the beginning, and they know where every single nut and bolt is kept without even looking at a list. It’s a bit cramped in the office area with all the ledgers and files stacked up, but it works for us. People usually just drop by if they need something specific for their trolleys or factory equipment. We spend a lot of time just checking orders and making sure the counts are right before things get loaded up. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the traffic on Mahakali Caves Road constantly humming in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come, making sure the floor stays clear enough to move around and get the job finished.
