Retiered

I am currently living in Flat No. 602 A, over at Mineral House in Thakur Village. Mumbai is a city that never stops, but up here on the sixth floor, it feels a bit more detached from the madness. I have been retired for some time now, and I am just enjoying the pace of life in Maharashtra. Thakur Village is a pretty lively spot, and everything is usually within walking distance. I spend my mornings getting some fresh air and my afternoons just relaxing in the flat. It is a comfortable place, 400 101, and I have lived in this city long enough to know all its quirks. Sometimes the elevator in Mineral House takes forever, and the monsoon rains can make things a bit messy, but that is just part of living in Mumbai. I don't have a business to run or a boss to answer to anymore. It is just me and my daily routine. I might go down to the local market for some vegetables or meet a friend for tea. It is a simple, honest way to spend the years. I don't need anything fancy or polished. Just a quiet home and a bit of peace and quiet is enough for me these days. I like the independence that comes with this stage of my life.
