Research Support International Ltd

Research Support International Ltd is based in Mulund East, Mumbai. Our office is H/5 in the Jai Hind Colony on Mithaghar Road. If you know Mumbai, you know Mulund is a busy residential and commercial mix. We provide research support, which sounds formal, but our office is quite relaxed. It’s just a room with some computers, a few bookshelves, and plenty of coffee mugs scattered around. We spend a lot of time looking at data and helping people get the information they need for their projects. It’s not the most exciting work to describe, but it’s what we’re good at. Being in Jai Hind Colony is nice because it feels a bit more like a community than a sterile business district. We’ve got some plants on the windowsill and an old clock that ticks a bit too loudly. The sounds of Mumbai are always there in the background, like the trains and the traffic on Mithaghar Road. We aren't a giant multinational firm; we’re just a small team of researchers working out of a flat. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just try to find the answers they are looking for. Most of us have been working together for years, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We usually stay late when a project is due, but we don't mind it because we like the work. It is just a regular group of people doing research.
