Reputed Buider

Our office is tucked away in Juhu Sameep Society. It’s over on the Juhu Varsova Link Road in Andheri West. Being in Mumbai, things are always moving fast around here. We go by the name Reputed Buider, and we’ve been at this address, 2-34, for a good bit of time. It is a local operation. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with contractors or looking at blueprints on the table. Living and working in Andheri West means you get used to the noise and the constant activity. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us making sure the construction work gets done. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai slows things down, which can be frustrating, but we deal with it. We usually start our day early to beat some of the traffic on the link road. There is always a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual building sites. We keep our records here in the society office. If someone stops by, they usually find us mid-conversation about a delivery or a timeline. It’s practical work. No one is wearing suits here most days. We focus on the bricks and mortar side of things. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes with all the samples and files, but it works for us. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure the projects stay on track and everything is settled properly for 400 053.
