Rendermonk

Rendermonk is based in the Adarsh Industrial Estate, specifically in unit 114. We are on Sahar Road in Andheri East, which is a very busy part of town. Chakala is right nearby, so there is always a crowd at the station and plenty of rickshaws buzzing around. The industrial estate vibe is very practical. There are lots of other businesses around us, from small factories to storage units. We focus on rendering and visual work here. Inside our unit, it’s usually pretty quiet because everyone is concentrated on their monitors. We have powerful computers that generate a lot of heat, so the air conditioning is almost always running. Andheri East is a hub for this kind of work, so we feel right at home. It’s not a place with a view, unless you like looking at other industrial buildings. But it’s a good spot for getting things done. We usually have a lot of tea and talk about the technical parts of our jobs. No one wears a suit here. It’s mostly just jeans and t-shirts while we wait for files to finish processing. The traffic on Sahar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay late just to avoid the worst of it. It’s a gritty, hard-working atmosphere and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep producing our work and moving on to the next task.
