Our place is in Ghatkopar West, right on Sainath Nagar Road in a spot called Dhumal Chawl. If you know Mumbai, you know that Golibar can be a very crowded and busy neighborhood. Relogistics(India) Pvt.Ltd. is right in the thick of it. The office is small and the street outside is always full of life. There are people walking by, vendors selling snacks, and the sound of motorcycles all day long. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here. The walls are thin, so you can hear the rain hitting the roof really loudly during the monsoon. We don't have much in the way of fancy furniture; just some sturdy tables and chairs that have been around for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking items on the old desktop computers. The air is always a bit heavy with the city humidity, so we keep the doors open when we can. It’s a very local feel, where everyone on the street knows each other. We might not have a big shiny sign, but we have been part of this community for a long time. It is a practical space for practical work. We eat our lunch at our desks and watch the world go by through the front door. It is just another day of logistics in one of the busiest parts of Mumbai.
