You can find us at Room No. 37 on the 2nd Floor of Laxmi Bai Chawl in Mumbai. Working in a chawl is a very specific experience. It is always loud, there are people everywhere, and the sense of community is very strong. Our office is just one room among many. We don't have any fancy corporate branding or expensive office chairs. We just have what we need to get the logistics work done. Most of the day is spent tracking shipments and making sure everything is on schedule. It can be quite stressful when things get delayed, but we are used to the fast pace of Mumbai life. The stairs leading up to our office are old and narrow, and the whole building has a lot of history. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished image. We are just a group of people who know how to move goods from one place to another. We talk to our customers in a plain way and don't use any business jargon. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes things difficult, or the heat in the room gets a bit too much, but we just keep going. We have our small routines, like getting tea at the same time every afternoon.
