Our office is tucked away on the first floor of the Jam Building in Dadar. If you know the area near Lal Bagh and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Road, you know it gets really crowded and noisy. Room 21 is where we spend most of our hours, surrounded by stacks of files and the sound of traffic outside. It’s an old building, so the walls have seen a lot of years. We do logistics work here, mostly focusing on the details that happen behind the scenes when goods are moving across India. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the right papers are in the right hands. Dadar is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here, even if parking is a nightmare for anyone coming to visit. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized in a business that can get pretty chaotic. There is always someone on a call or typing away at a keyboard. We take our tea breaks together when things calm down for a minute. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we need to get the job done every day. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the building are all familiar faces. It’s just regular work, nothing too flashy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the cargo moved from the port to the warehouse.
