Relogistics India Pvt Ltd Reliance Group Company is based at 2 19 Khoja Chawl. Working out of a chawl is a different experience than being in a big office tower. It is a very local, community-focused environment. You can hear the neighbors and the sounds of daily life all around us while we work. Our space is small and we have to be very organized to make sure everything fits. We deal with logistics, so there is a lot of coordination involved. Even though we are part of a bigger group, this office feels very much like a small local operation. We have our desks pushed close together and there is always someone coming by with news or a delivery. It can get quite hot in the summer, but we are used to it. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans on the walls. We just have our work and our daily tasks. It is a lot of talking to drivers and checking on where the goods are located. The chawl has its own character and we have been here for a while now. We just focus on the logistics side of things and try to keep everything moving smoothly through the day. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do and we just take it one day at a time.
