Our office is tucked away in the Vishwas Building, specifically in Flat 301 of the C-Wing at Sankalp Niwas. It’s right in Dindoshi, Goregaon East. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets. Being in a flat makes it feel a bit more personal, though it can get cramped when everyone is in at the same time. Reliance Retail Ltd. has many spots, but this is our base. We deal with a lot of the back-end stuff here. There's always the sound of traffic from the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and someone usually brings biscuits. It’s not a high-rise glass building, just a regular place where work happens every day. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. We've got shelves full of folders and a few plants that we try to keep alive. People in the building know us as the quiet lot in 301. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just handling the retail business side, making sure things move along. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the street, but it feels like home. We’re just regular people working in the heart of Goregaon. Sometimes the monsoon makes the walls a bit damp, but we manage just fine and keep things moving.
